Free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum spend — always.

Production time

Personalized pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be prepared and checked before it ships.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email. Delivery time varies by destination; if your order hasn't arrived within the window shown on your tracking link, contact us and we'll look into it.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items

Because every personalized piece is made specifically for you — your chosen name or word, in real Arabic script — we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind on personalized orders. This is also why we check every name or word before production: catching an error before it's made is far better than after.

If something's wrong

If your piece arrives damaged, or if there's an error in the personalization on our end, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever makes sense for the situation.
