Ordering & Personalization

Will my name or word actually be correct?

Yes — every personalized piece is checked before it goes into production. Please double-check the spelling you enter at checkout, since personalized pieces are made specifically for you and can't be resold to another customer if the wrong name is submitted.

Can I enter a name in Arabic script directly, or only in English letters?

Either works. Enter the name or word the way you'd like it to appear, and note whether you've typed it in English (for us to render in Arabic script) or in Arabic script directly, so there's no ambiguity.

How long does personalization take?

Personalized pieces are made in 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Because personalized pieces go into production quickly, we can only guarantee changes made before production has started.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Once your piece is made (3–5 business days), tracked delivery typically takes an additional several business days depending on your location. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns & Quality

Can I return a personalized piece?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for a simple change of mind. If something arrives damaged, or if we made an error in your personalization, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Will it tarnish?

Our pieces are made in gold-tone and silver-tone finishes designed to resist everyday tarnishing with reasonable care. Keep your piece away from perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and store it somewhere dry when you're not wearing it.
